Hey everyone~! So I started Latisse the FDA approved Lash Grower 4 weeks ago and I just wanted to post an update on my lashes. Here is the Picture from 4 weeks ago and a picture from today.
Let me give you a breakdown of the progress in weeks.
Week one: no signs of growth
Week two: Lashes seem to be more ful
Week Three: I can tell a few hairs are longer
Week four: Definately Longer lashes
My dermatologist informed me that in order to see maximum results you need to use it continually for 16 weeks and so far so good and I'm only at week 4! will up date again in a few weeks~
Best of luck to you, then! It pays to take note of the results daily, to make sure that the lashes grow into a length you'd like to have.

I have used Latisse for almost 2 years now, and I think around week 10 was where I saw the actual results. By week 4 the only change I noticed was that it held a curl better. By 8 they felt longer, but by 10 is when they kind of "popped".
ReplyDeleteI will say this though: The ONLY change I noticed even now at almost 2 years is in length. They are no darker or fuller than before.
I have pics on my blog, tho not great.

Wow! That’s a wonderful transformation. How long do you want it to be? Maybe you can also make it thicker, is it possible too? Anyway, congrats on your growing lashes!

Unfortunately I had to stop using latisse because It was discoloring my skin around the lash line :( I loved the way it grew my lashes though but unfortunately It had adverse side effects for me.
DeleteHi, Hanna! It may be the best decision that you stop using Latisse to treat your eye lashes. Discoloration around your lash line is quite normal, and stopping the treatment is the only way to stop the discoloration.

Oh, sad to hear that you have to stop using it. The picture shows how effective it was. But then, it has a harmful effect on your skin. I am certain that there are other options for you to try. Ask your dermatologist again as for sure she has something new and great to recommend.

ReplyDeleteWow... really nice progress only after 4 weeks. I definitely will try the Latisse Toronto treatment, because I also want to have longer eyelashes... I think that every woman would want to. Yay... I can't wait to have great results!
